Strange people on the "ghost island"

I really find it weird and would like to find out how it works in Germany.

A woman was found having an affair with her father-in-law. Recently it was discovered that the father of her son is actually this father-in-law instead of her lawfully wedded husband. Unfortunately (?), her husband passed away a few years ago. The mother in law brought this to court, and the judge ruled that this woman be deported back to China.
But, what about the little child? He or she will be deprived of the right growing up with his mother. Is this stated in the law that a woman should be deported under such circumstances? How about women with other nationalities? The same treatment? I feel really sorry for this innocent child.

Would a foreign lady be deported in Germany in a similar situation? I would like to talk to some people here. I am also curious how Germany deals with issues like "urban renewal".
