業務

對於做業務的人來說,最慘是的事情就是,你的人格本質不認同「銷售量,衝業績」這個概念。
增加業績,是業務唯一的使命,也是最簡明易懂的KPI。所以業務人員要找很有衝進,很積極,有企圖心,但思路很線性,很目標導向的人。他不會事事去反思背後的價值,存在的意義,或帶入不必要的良知,幫自己找不必要的麻煩。這種人格特質,若搭配上精明能幹的頭腦,就成為華爾街金童之疇。
這個世界需要這麼多物質慾望嗎?當製造商品牌商不斷透過廣告,宣傳,媒體教育社會大眾,他們需要消費,經濟需要消費的支持。難道這不是商人的謊言?商人只看到每年業績目標的成長率,不會看到背後增加的污染,廢棄物,奢侈與浪費。Excess is good. They say. 我無法認同。以往惜物的美德,在現在的社會幾乎是蕩然無存。什麼都是隨用及拋。
I am a very bad consumer. 我會縫補破掉的襪子。腳趾破了縫起來,腳跟又破了再縫起來。只要我覺得還可以繼續穿,我就不會把他丟棄。
So, I wonder how long I can still hypnotize myself and suppress my aversion. But I know I need the money before a better chance comes. I can do it well. But, I am not happy to become one of them. I still try to convince myself I have the chance to live a different life, getting hold to the slimmest hope of dreams. 

"They (boss) don't care whether you dislike your job. They just want to see you are GOOD at your job. "

Or, you may do it in an indirect way just like I do. Go and get a job in some R/D or MFG site and do your job really well, so that you pretend the servers will be used 'til the end of their lives.
