stature:
(W) High level of respect gained by impressive development or achievement

despondent:
(M) feeling or showing extreme discouragement, dejection, or  depression

debilitate:
(M) to impair the strength of, enfeeble
(C) to make sb/sth physically weak
~ HIV debilitates the human immune system.

febrile:

animosity:
